January Challenge Week 1
This month we want to challenge all of our teams to get their fitness on! Each week there’ll be challenges to complete as a team! This week: Plank for 1 hour! You can split this hour in your team however you’d like, but push yourself! Share your planks on your team pages, so we can motivate each other to stay fit!
PS: watch out, next week thursday there will be an online live workout for anyone to join! Get ready!
